Technical Ship Management is the core activity of our services.

Our technical staff as Masters, Chief Engineers or Naval Architectures have wide experience in all aspects of ships' technical management activities.   

Technical Ship Management services shall be carried out in compliance with international conventions, flag state regulations, and classification society rules.

We shall have overall responsibility for the maintenance of the ships under management.

All vessels under the management are provided with a customer oriented tailor made Computerized Planned Maintenance System to ensure all jobs are carried out promptly and to overcome any engineering problem encountered onboard.

For the beginning we prepare a ‘Ship Maintenance Plan’ tailored to each individual ship, then shall continuously follow the implementation of  the planned maintenance works carried out on board of the vessels. Through close communication and co-operation with the shipboard staff, a high standard of safety operation & maintenance is reached.

Ships are inspected at regular intervals of two months by our technical superintendents to ensure a very close follow-up of shipboard activities. The causes of the discovered deficiencies are investigated and analyzed, then necessary measures are taken to prevent re-occurrence.

Performance data sent by ships are analyzed ashore to optimize a vessel's speed and consumption.

Operating costs of the vessels are closely monitored to ensure expenses are kept within budget at all times.

The result is that the annual off-hire time and the running costs of the ships are very competitive.

We provide the owners regularly with detailed reports on the ship’s technical and operational conditions.

Summary of  Technical Management activities :    

ü       To follow continuously all the maintenance works carried onboard, to ensure the convenience with the Ship Maintenance Plan. To watch closely the technical and operational conditions of the vessel, To support technically shipboard maintenance operations. To visit the vessel and make inspections periodically.

ü       To carry out advisory and consultancy work on technical matters.

ü       To formulate the scheduled dry-docking works and  the other subcontracted works. To prepare repair specifications. To arrange repair teams and subcontracting agreements. To attend and   supervise all the dry-docking and repair works.

ü       To arrange the surveys requested by international conventions, flag state regulations, and classification society rules. To attend all of the surveys onboard.

ü       To watch closely newly established/revised international conventions, flag state regulations, and classification society rules and to report relevant data to the ships.

ü       To order/purchase of ship stores and spare parts at any port of call.

ü       To procure bunkers and lube oil.
